Before anyone starts running down the facts. I understand that Harden was a All-Star. He was in London and won a gold medal. Harden is a beast. Yes these are all true.
James Harden is good. People fail to realize he choked in the playoffs. Yes, I said it. He choked. There is a reason he was 6th man with the Thunder.
With that being said, the Thunder just got better, a whole lot better. Durant and Westbrook will be just fine without Harden. Westbrook can attack the basket more with a better outside shooting in Martin. Plus the team is posed to either package the picks next year for something better. Or they could get the big man or PG needed to get over the hump.
The Thunder will be just fine in the long run.
